SAME Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted prior to the start of the course and must be received in writing to AIsmail@same.org. The last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund is October 29, 2013. No refunds will be issued to cancellations made after October 29, 2013. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the course. Please contact registration services to do so.
