Full access will be given to all registrants to download the recordings and all the presentation materials after the live event.

Cancellations will be accepted prior to the start of the course and must be received in writing to The last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund is November 28, 2013. No refunds will be issued to cancellations made after November 28, 2013. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the course.
