WE HAVE REACHED OUR MAXIMUM REGISTRATION OF 100. Although we have reached maximum capacity, you may still register and will be placed on the “waitlist” which means  teleconference-only.
Teleconference-only registrants will not be able to join the call with internet platform connectivity, but will still be able to join and listen live via teleconference only. You will be provided with a copy of the technical presentation in advance so you can follow along on your own.

This webinar will be recorded! If the webinar time slot does not fit into your schedule or time zone, you can access the webinar recording to watch at your leisure anytime, anywhere. Full access will be given to all registrants to download the recordings and all the presentation materials after the live event.

Webinar log-in information will be sent to the registered attendee's e-mail address five (5) days prior and again one (1) day prior to the scheduled webinar. Pre-webinar systems testing should be done by participants of the webinar prior to the event. This will ensure that you are able to see and hear the webinar without any issues

SAME Cancellation and Refund Policy:
 
Cancellations will be accepted prior to the start of the course and must be received in writing to AIsmail@same.org. The last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund is January 8, 2014. No refunds will be issued to cancellations made after January 8, 2014. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the course. Please contact registration services to do so.
