Cancellations will be accepted prior to the start of the course and must be received in writing to The last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund is September 4, 2013. No refunds will be issued to cancellations made after September 4, 2013. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the course.
