Group Registration
Take advantage of the group rate if two or more attendees are participating in your office. Only one person per group needs to register. The primary registrant must e-mail programs@same.org with the names and e-mail addresses of all the participants in the group (limit 5). Each group registration will only receive one log-in to the webinar. The webinar has a limit to the number of people logged in to the system so anyone needing a log-in to the webinar must register separately. The advantage of a group registration over an individual is all attendees receive a PDH/AIA certificate instead of just the registrant.

Technical Information
Webinar log-in information will be sent to the registered attendee's e-mail address five (5) days prior and again one (1) day prior to the scheduled webinar. Pre-webinar systems testing should be done by participants of the webinar prior to the event. This will ensure that you are able to see and hear the webinar without any issues.
NOTE: The network security settings for each organization may vary. Please click on the link below to check your security settings to ensure system capability to support webinar access. We also advise that you click on the link below, again, approximately 30 minutes prior to the webinars for which you registered to double-check access and verify system capabilities. Test
SAME Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted prior to the start of the webinar and must be received in writing by Friday, August 22, 2014. Please email registration@same.org if you wish to cancel your registration. No refunds will be issued to cancellations made after August 22, 2014. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the course. Please contact registration services to do so.
