Cancellations will be accepted prior to the start of the webinar and must be received in writing to Registration costs will be issued in full minus a handling and processing charge of $25. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, April 16, 2012 unless otherwise arranged with SAME Webinar Manager, Belle Febbraro, may transfer your registration to a colleague at no cost if circumstances prevent you from attending the webinar.
