SAME Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations will be accepted prior to the start of the course and must be received in writing to email@example.com. Tuition costs will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $50 for individual registrations. Refunds will not be issued after May15, 2014 unless otherwise arranged with SAME Continuing Education Manager, Belle Febbraro, firstname.lastname@example.org. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the course. Please contact registration services to do so.
A decision on holding the course will be made on May 15, 2014. If the course is cancelled due to not meeting the minimum number of attendees, you will receive a notification via email and your registration fee will be fully refunded.
Should the course exceed our maximum capacity at Century House, we will move to a new venue very near Century House and you will receive an email notification of the location change.
